At PHDevelopers (PHD) we have over 50 years of combined experience in land development, acquisition, leasing, legal, zoning and construction management to fulfill any of our customer’s needs. PHD has successfully completed numerous shopping centers, medical offices, ambulatory care centers and multi-family projects throughout the Southeast, including, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Virginia. PHD has also managed projects for AT&T, Chipotle, Jimmy Johns, Mattress Firm, Starbucks, Great Clips, US Cellular, Sprint, Buffalo Wild Wings and Duke University to name a few.
